I’m a UX professional with over 11 years of experience in client management and creative design for many b2b & b2c clients, based in London.
Traditionally trained in art, design and photography. I love cats – having one myself, sound systems and travelling to new and exciting destinations exploring cuisines and cultures.
About
Recently, a creative director for an agency leading a team of six: designers, copywriters, developers and SEO specialists gave me a great understanding of collaborative working and sharing ideas in a creative process. I enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team taking projects from paper ideas to fully iterated products, creating easy to use solutions to complex problems.
Before starting a project we used to give stakeholders questionnaires to fill out about their assumed customer needs whilst also focusing on their business and technical constraints. Noticing more clients coming back with changes based on their real customers’ experiences rather than just the aesthetics, I transitioned to UX Design because problem-solving is not solely based on the aesthetic of the solution. Through research, listening to and deploying genuine empathy to our users, we can gain insight into making design choices that gain traction and tangible engagement from the very point of launch.
